She Joined Grupo Latinoamericano de Seguros inspired by a strong woman, who has been in the industry for over 30 years, She is always been passionate about helping people, meeting new people and being able to learn from different cultures and the diversity of our Hispanic community.

With over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Christopher Rodriguez built a strong foundation in customer service, team leadership, and creating memorable client experiences. His passion for helping people and building relationships naturally led me to transition into the world of marketing. Now, as a Marketing Director, Chris specializes in helping agents and agencies elevate their brands, grow their businesses, and deliver greater value to their clients. His mission is to empower professionals to not only succeed for themselves but to also make a lasting impact on those they serve.

Prior to joining the Grupo team, Lin Bianchi was an international sales manager at PAWA (Pan American World Airways) in the Dominican Republic. Lin is relatively new to the insurance industry, but her 25 years of professional experience in the Hospitality and Service sector make her an asset to the Grupo family. She currently resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband.

Steven Rodriguez-Giudicelli joined Grupo in 2019 as a bilingual Marketing Director and has since helped to grow the network of licensed insurance agents nationwide; equipping them with the tools and technology needed to succeed. Prior to joining Grupo, Steven served as a Media Director for a local non-profit organization and was in charge of their web, broadcast and events initiatives, and is also a trained surgical equipment sterilization technician.

Malverne Varlack is a seasoned insurance professional with several years of insurance experience under his belt. He started his insurance career with Grupo. Prior to that, he worked in the transportation and logistics industry with UPS and the United States Post Office. Malverne earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dowling College in New York and currently resides in New Port Richey, FL with his wife. Malverne enjoys serving at the local church in Tarpon Springs, FL and has been serving as the associate pastor there for over 14 years.
Managing Director
Having over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ana Hernandez is the Managing Director at Grupo. Ana is bilingual with a deep understanding of multicultural differences. For over a decade she held a 7/24 securities license and is a Fixed Index Annuities and large Life Insurance case design specialist. Ana opened the brick-and-mortar agency in Puerto Rico adding over a dozen carrier relationships to their portfolio. In 2019 she relocated back to the U.S. and oversees both the U.S and P.R. operations from the AmeriLife home office.

Diana Gordillo started her journey with insurance working as a senior medical admin for medical offices in Tampa. After becoming an insurance agent and working as a captive agent, she became interested in the recruiting and contracting process of the industry. She is very passionate about the idea of helping independent agents and agencies grow under their own structure with the right support. Prior to working for Florida Urology Partners in Tampa, Diana worked as a HR representative and recruiter for FedEx Ground in Pompano Beach and Orlando. With ample experience, from costumer service, medical information management to human resources and as an MA and Life sales agent, Diana is a growing asset to the Grupo team. She resides in Tampa since 2012 with her son who is her pride and joy.
